We’re launching Akin's core collection with a focus on women and women-identifying pet parents ‘cause we think they’ll vibe with our gear the most. But no worries—Akin’s all about inclusivity. We’ll expand our sizing and cuts to be totally unisex and cater to all body types as the brand grows.

Our core collection is black and white ‘cause they’re the toughest colours against pet hair. You most likely struggle with black clothing if your pet has light-coloured hair and vice-versa. Plus, it helps keep production costs manageable in the beginning. But don’t stress, we’re planning to drop more colours in the future! Hang tight for the rainbow! 🌈
